Who are you in your darkest hour?
This very question was given to me in meditation from my spirit guide teams, two weeks prior to a moment that would bring its own level of darkness into my life.
The Law of Polarity teaches us that we will have moments in our life that will feel blessed and moments that will be painful. Both understandings are necessary to the whole experience of our lives. You cannot have one without the other and no single being is immune to this law. You are energy as am I. These are energy specific scientific laws.
The Law of Attraction teaches us that intent focus on either side of the polarity will bring more of that experience to us. We attract what we focus on.
The Law of Divine Oneness reminds us that our vibrational effects can impact the whole of our familial communities because we all share the same special energy field. In truth, we are one.
So, then the Law of Return promises that whatever we put in motion from our vibration will return to its original source.
You see how a simple negative moment can create havoc and chaos if not channeled in the right direction?
The Momentum is HUGE and if you are like me, I am sure you would want MORE of the polarity of blessed experiences in place of the chaotic forms!
What it boils down to is your level of self-worth you have in each of these polarities. Oddly enough you can see yourself better when the moments are dark verses when they are blessed. It’s easy to feel good about ourselves when everything is going right, right? Its who we are in the darkest moments of our lives that determines where the path will take us next.
Are you a victim of your circumstances or are you a WARRIOR/WARRIORESS? And if we find ourselves in the neighborhood of victimization there are some active measures we can take.
- Stop self-identifying who you are in relation to the circumstances. You are NOT the circumstance. You are merely an active part of the situation that is in result. A friend of mine recently told me that they were a LOSER because they lost their job and was having trouble finding another in his field; totally self-identifying their sense of self-worth as an active part of the situation. I asked, what if the loss of job in the field and the idea that you can’t find another in your field is a sign to look for another field of work? Another woman told me that she was a HEAVY WEIGHT on her friends and family and was a depressed person after losing her husband to cancer six months prior. I asked her if maybe she was still in a place of healthy grieving and wasn’t a depressant on others at all? If you are experiencing money issues and identify yourself as poor because of them then you are as well self-identifying in your experience.
- Recognize that your experience is a moment of polarity not the totality of your life. We experience polarities for several reasons.
- To help bring painful blockages to the surface so we may deal with them effectively.
- To have faith in our belief systems. There is nothing more prompting to pull out our spiritual tools when faced with the less wanted place of polarity.
- To remind us to be grateful for the blessed moments.
- To teach us how to move past these kinds of experiences in the future.
If you are going through hell right now, recognize you are NOT ACTUALLY IN HELL! What internal feelings is this experience bringing you? Now that you are knowing how you are feeling; how can you heal this place in your life?
- Allow and Be Gentle with Yourself. The other side of Polarity may be painful; you don’t want to ignore the emotions that come as a result. Doing so, will create what we can describe as spiritual bypassing and create painful blocks that you will have to deal with later. Allow yourself a period of time to feel the pain and go through the emotional state – even anger is okay! Pay attention to what comes up in the process of this though! This is significant to healing. The key to switching from victimization to warrior mode is to allow yourself to experience the emotion but not stay stuck in it! Feel the pain and honor yourself in the process. Some examples of how to do that are as follows: Lavender baths; Smudging, going into ritual, allowing for longer meditations, journaling, showing gratitude for the blessed places in your life and showing gratitude for the polarity of them are the pathways to move this in a positive direction.
- Walk Away! Ok, you may be like WHAT? Seriously whenever we go through an emotional trauma or experience; after experiencing the emotional place of it, it’s okay to walk away from it for a moment (but just momentarily depending on the situation – a couple of hours or couple of days is perfectly fine). Have you ever heard the expression – it’s hard to see when you are in the box; but looking in from outside the box you can see things clearer? This will allow us the time to separate from the victimization emotional state essentially getting us out of the box and allow us to process the next steps more effectively. You may choose not to discuss it or focus on it at all. Do something else more constructive! Get your mind busy on another project. Profound guidance can often come much easier if our focus is in another complete direction. This is the perfect time to put that puzzle together; paint, write, be crafty or artistic.
- Be Authentic – Give Yourself some Love: This is a time for you to focus on every single one of your strengths even if they are not affiliated with the polarity itself. Are you good at making spaghetti? Give yourself some kudos for that! How about driving? Are you a good driver? Kudos to you! Are you a good mother or father? Kudos! Good employee? Kudos! Do you make people laugh? Kudos! List them out as many as you can, give yourself all the love you can from the real strengths in the entire shape of your personality! Every being has something very special about them. What makes you unique and special? Talk it out loud. Feel what comes as a result from it and give yourself some gratitude too! Run to the mirror and look at that amazing reflection and say “Hey you! Thank you for making awesome spaghetti!”
- Be of Service in your experience of Polarity: We see this all the time in grieving families and crisis intervention. There is no greater teacher than a student in service. No matter what it is, someone else is probably experiencing some level of the experience you are having. Be a listener, really listen, don’t take over the conversation with your own experience in the polarity. Listening can provide some benefits
- An opportunity to see the situation from a different perspective.
- An opportunity to listen back to your own advice. How would you handle the situation? What are some creative ideas that you can come up with to help this individual?
- A new friendship or partnership; like minds can strengthen each other!
- Focus on the Polarity of the Polarity itself! Every situation has its opposite. What would your situation look like if you experienced the exact opposite of what is occurring? Get dreamy with it, feel it! This is the basis of the Law of Attraction! Create vision boards; affirmations! Have faith in the process.
There are always divine energies at play. If you ever saw an Angel or Deity; you wouldn’t doubt that they could create the realities they want. Why would you ever think that you don’t possess the same kind of creation energy? You are blessed with divinity! It’s a part of your source of being. Remember that! If we didn’t have the polarities to deal with, we would never have anything to strive for, desire for and the experience here would be absolutely meaningless.
I would love to invite you to join my Inner Goddess Success Synergist Group on Facebook! This group wil have a challenge available to it on the above steps in the process of manifesting through polarity.
Much love!
Alea

I am being more loving and much more of a friend by looking at my buddy and saying “stop being a whiney bitch! Pucker up, we got work to do” than I would be by ignoring her phone calls and dropping by once a month to say I care…which is false.
